Summer Season

In the immediate vicinity you have the winter paradise "Sonnenkopf", which convinces with perfect natural snow slopes. In the wider area, you have the opportunity to go tobogganing, snowshoeing, or freeriding. Here, the resorts at the Arlberg with the sounding names of SANKT ANTON or LECH are particularly convincing. In just a few minutes' drive you are directly in one of the most famous ski regions in the world.

What is included in the price?

The price includes the costs for overnight stays as well as the usage rights for the inventory including bed linen and towels per booked guest. Other costs of your stay have to be paid directly.

Are there beds and high chairs for toddlers and small children?

There is a crib available on request, which can be placed in one bedroom, and a high chair.

Is smoking permitted in the flat?

No.

Are parties allowed?

From 22:00 and 06:00 guests must keep quiet according to the house rules.

What happens in case of damage to property?

This will be paid for by the party causing the damage.
